Your interview paper should include:
Who does the interviewee teach?
What does your interviewee teach and where?
Trends and changes in nursing education as experienced by the person you interviewed.
A reflection that compares your interview data to class readings and the literature that you reviewed prior to conducting the interview (pay special attention to trends, themes, concepts, and changes in nursing education).
A conclusion discussing your personal thoughts, opinions, views, and insights related to the specific area of nursing education of your interviewee.

Nurse Educator Interview Questions
The person I will be interviewing is Blank, BSN, RN. Blank has been practicing as a
patient educator for 10 years, mainly working with home health patients. Their focus is to
develop and educate home health patients on their current treatment plans and overall plan of
care. The date and time of our scheduled interview is on May 23, 2023 at 1 PM. The interview
will be conducted by phone.
