First the team leader gave me a detailed summary about each one of the team members
responsibilities and duties then I went to the customer happiness service main desk in which I
helped in issuing certificates (death certificates and health certificates and other) and received
payments for these services and issued bills. Then I got a chance to go to their office which deals
with different embassy’s , charity organization and with the police and ambulance services and also
deals with performing inpatient surveys to assure the happiness and satisfaction of the patients .. 8

that the department is mainly divided in two main points dealing with the patients finance and then
the facility finance I got a chance to see how they deal with the patients because they have a
program in which the patients get a chance to pay in the way of instalments. One of the things that
I got to do is was to review bills and make sure that were not repetitive payments or test. Then
there was the other part which was seeing the bills for the facility including electricity, water,
medical supplies, devices and many other bills that are important for the function of the hospital

In the nutrition department I was in the hospital kitchen in which I read the hospital contract
with the catering company. I also got a chance to see the process of making the food and preparing
it the patients and on duty ER doctors and making sure that the right patient gets the right whether
it was a described from the doctor or that the food is up to the quality and excellence of the hospital.

joint commission international (JCI) which they got accredited by multiple times. And they showed
me some of the key performance indicators (KPI) to some of the departments. There Was a shared
file available to all the departments shoeing the most important pollicises like the international
patient safety goals (IPSG). And I got a chance to read some of those policies created by the hospital.
