Step 1: Strengths
First, identify one or two major competitors. Next, consider what the company/product does better than (or at least equivalent to) the competition. This could be:
- Specific product attribute advantage.
- Brand perceived value.
- Customer service of the company.
Step 2: Weaknesses
What does the company/product do that is not as good as the competition? How is this going to affect your customer’s sales?
Thought needs to be given to how you can compensate for, or overcome these issues. What is the cost of overcoming these issues?

Introduction
A patient survey includes a set of questions used to get feedback from patients
concerning certain healthcare (Plantinga et al., 2023). One can measure the satisfaction of
patients regarding the given healthcare using a patient survey. This project requires us to conduct
a patient survey of certain local healthcare. We will scrutinize and conduct a patient survey of
AHN Neighborhood Hospital. Also, the paper will explain how the survey will be distributed and
to whom it will be distributed.
Analyzing AHN Neighborhood Hospital
Allegheny Health Network is a non-profit 14-hospital academic medical system based in
Pittsburgh. The hospital has its facilities located in western Pennsylvania and one hospital in
western New York. The first location of the hospital opened in 1885. Notably, AHN
Neighborhood Hospitals are dedicated to offering comprehensive emergency care. Their
professional team treats their patients with expertise and compassion. The mission of this
hospital seeks to broaden outreach to communities to offering excellent medical services through
competent workforce and innovative technology (na, 2023). Hospital treats and cares for its
patients as if they were their own families. The hospital ensures that they have highly qualified
physicians and medical specialists in all levels of care. The healthiness also has revolutionary
equipment for examining. The clinic employees highly expert harbors and technicians who have
refined skills in a wide range of medical arenas. The hospital operates 24 hours and is
committed to providing the finest disaster care. The patients are treated promptly, effectively,
and respectfully. Patients are assured of getting top-quality services from there. Since the health
Centre is organized to handle any kind of emergency. It is mentioned in the research that the

hospital going beyond the scope of the specifications established by the National Consortium for
Integrated Accreditation for Medical Facilities (Klein, 2023).
Survey Outline
This survey outline will be used to collect feedback from patients regarding services
offered by AHN Neighborhood Hospital. The survey outline is divided into two parts.
Part A
In the first part, participants will be required to range the services using stars. One star
indicates the lowest score while five stars indicate the highest score. The following are questions
that will be used in the survey and their options.

How the survey will be distributed
There are various ways in which a patient survey can be distributed, for instance, through
emails, text messages, QR code, Blog posts, and through Your App. For our case, we will use
email to distribute our survey to the patients and its convenient to be used for patient surveys. All
patients of the AHN Neighborhood Hospital will be required to log in to the Hospital’s email
where they will be able to participate in the survey. All patients are encouraged to participate in
the survey since their feedback is important.
Conclusion
Through patient surveys, the organization can know where to rectify or change. Patient
feedback is crucial in any organization since it helps to measure the satisfaction of the people
with the services offered by the business.
