I had a bit of a problem trying to download Tableau for some odd reason. Once I finally got it
to downloaded, I noticed that there are a lot of different graphs and other effects that can be
used on the website and that it looks very difficult to use. I’ve never heard of this tool before,
so I’m both nervous as well as interested in finding out how to use it. I can also say that this
isn’t what came to mind when I enrolled in the course. My first thought was writing papers on
different stories and books for some reason. I think that it’s going to be interesting overall,
and I look forward to learning more about the course.

Figure 1: Google Employees From (2004-2021)
Figure 2: Google Employee Satisfactory Levels
As a helpful tool it is worldwide, Google has a high satisfaction rating from its
employees. Almost everyone has used Google at some point in their lives, and we can find
almost anything on this platform. To continue creating tools for billions of users, this company
needs an employee that is reflective of the consumers of its goods and a work environment that
promotes a sense of belonging. The staff at Google is made up of many talented and qualified
people from all over the world. This company is renowned for its high standards and the volume
of applications they get each year. The graph demonstrates how satisfied workers are with their
jobs at the organization.
Two graphs are shown; the line graph shows how many workers Google had during the
previous decade. As the data is sensitive, I used the line graph to show the difference clearly. The
data is from 2022; I believe it is still valid even though we are currently in 2023. The graphs I
presented will help people realize that Google is more than just a search engine and that there are
many people working behind its success. Google is a highly well-known platform that is used by
people all over the world. This line graph also makes for a great set up for my second graph, the
bar graph, which shows how satisfied the company’s employees are with their jobs. Based on a
survey I found online, I used many factors in this case that the employees would be concerned
about, and they managed to get high scores in them. Overall, the results indicated that employees
are satisfied with their work environment at Google.
