Also, lifestyle issues seem to interact with career issues more often for women than for men. The most obvious of these is pregnancy. Discuss and provide examples of at least four other issues that interact with career choice and performance.

Why is the need for career development services at its highest level now compared to the past half a century? Why are careers and career development important in the fight for social justice?
