Stress Management Profile
1. Use this document to help you complete the stress survey over the next four weeks. Review
the stress management techniques from the text. Choose two that will help you with your stress
for the next four weeks. You may include other stress management techniques that are not in the
text but you must choose two from the text to use for this assignment.
2. Answer the questions on the attachment at the end of each week (you do not need to submit
the answers). Note what caused the most stress during the week. At the end of each week add up
your “no” answers and “yes” answers and put the total in the appropriate columns in the chart. In
the column beside your “No” answers, fill in at least one stress management technique that you
used to help with stress during that week. In the column beside your “Yes” answers, fill in at
least one stress management technique that could help you change this answer to
a “No.” Complete as many weeks as you need for the semester. However, you are only required
to log four weeks.

log and the short essay questions.
