For your course project, you will draw upon your previous knowledge to create a Community/Population Health Education Program geared towards a prevalent public health issue. Project Part 2 – Program Research and Development PlanYou did this by performing a needs assessment. A needs assessment (community assessment) is the process of determining, analyzing, and prioritizing the needs of a population. In turn, identifying and implementing solution strategies to resolve high-priority needs. A needs assessment can identify the needs of the priority population and determine the degree to which needs are or are not being met.Research must be performed to obtain data to identify the community needs. Therefore, this portion of the project will require you to conduct research. Identify a minimum of 4 sources to support your research. Utilize a variety of credible, high-quality source types; 2 of your sources should be from scholarly sources, such as an academic journal. Make sure to include an APA formatted reference page documenting your sources.Your paper should be a minimum of two-pages long and include the following:
Identify research that supports the need for your selected health education program for your priority population.
Summarize how this the research supports the needs for your program.

Identify the research methods used to contribute to the body of knowledge in behavioral health.
Evaluate the contributions of concepts from psychology, social psychology, and anthropology to the field of behavioral health.
Evaluate the behavioral theories that focus on individual behavior. Think about behaviors of others. Are there situations where you think that someone could be educated on something to make a positive change in their life? Is that something you think you could do without being to forward or rude? Have you ever had to do that before or try to convince someone to change something about themselves when it relates to their own health?
Examine the theoretical approaches to behavior and health.
