Mr. M is a 76-year-old male who recently suffered a fall on the ice. He is now experiencing rightknee pain and swelling. He lives alone in a 2 story home and has been unable to climb the
stairs since the fall. No history of tobacco or alcohol use. He has minimal social support other
than daily meals on wheels deliveries. Medical history is positive for COPD with long-term
prednisone use. On physical exam, there is no limitation of ROM of the knee and no sign of
