1. Developing specialized medical services: The hospital should tailor its offerings in areas like
oncology, cardiology, and neurology to the unique requirements of the community it serves.
2. Enhancing operational efficiency: This involves enhancing the hospital’s overall performance
and patient care by introducing new management systems, incorporating cutting-edge
technologies, and simplifying administrative procedures.
3. Developing a solid reputation as a top research hospital: To become a regional leader in
