1. Click on “Explore Health Rankings”, go to “Find County Rankings” and type in the County of San Diego2. From the top menu select “Rankings” scroll down and click on your county under Health OutcomesOverall Rank. Submit your responses to questions 3 – 7 below next to each bullet and bold andunderline your answers 3. Then click on “ActionCenter”, “What Works for Health” and “Who to Work With”. Many of these link out to externalwebsites with information on community organizing or developing and evaluating public healthinterventions.• skim the materials available and write a short paragraph, describing the resourcesavailable on the web.• In one or two sentences, explain to your audience how these web resources may beuseful in developing programs that could improve public health, at least with respectto the indicators you have explored in response to questions 3, 4, or 5 of this exercise.7. For any one of the health outcomes or health factors you have described, give one specific idea for anaction that a community leader, elected official, or health professional might do to improve the healthof your selected county.
