Part 1: This week research and identify ten resources that will help you develop a program and policies
that support a culture of diversity in the workforce.
As an HIM professional, you may need to determine how to handle new regulations, set up project plans,
and write or update policies and procedures to accommodate the new requirements. This will require
you to be able to research regulations and other publications. This portion of the assignment is intend to
help you complete the first portion of the research.
Supporting materials for cultural diversity are in the week 2 reading assignments and labor regulations
are in the week 6 materials.
List each resource formatted properly in APA.
