You will use your case study text, which is intended to provide you with a case-by-case example of the various types of disorders you will encounter in psychopathology. The format of the reading provides you with a first-hand example of the treatment dynamics and considerations, which have application to each disorder.Read one case example from the chapter to be discussed on the day it is scheduled in the lecture.
Groups must create a short PowerPoint presentation outlining the chapter they read. This PowerPoint must be submitted to courses by 11:59pm the night before the class their presentation is due. The PowerPoint will then be uploaded to course by the TA for the class to refer to when studying for exams. A case study will be included as part of each of the last three exams. Essay questions will be asked regarding the context of each case.
